These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the hd44 platform and its users. hd44 operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh, offering cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and many other entertainment services.

Using any service on hd44 means you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use any service on this platform.

2.1 Age Condition

To use the hd44 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Online gaming is for adults only, and minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. hd44 may request relevant documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and all balances being forfeited. It is your responsibility to submit any documents required for identity verification (KYC) in a timely manner.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

hd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms
• Fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of incomplete information
• Attempting to claim bonus or promotion benefits without meeting the required conditions
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform

3.3 Closing Your Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure there are no pending withdrawals on your account.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at hd44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Completed identity verification is mandatory before a withdrawal request can be fulfilled.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification documents have not been submitted
• If the wagering conditions for a bonus have not been met
• If an active investigation is ongoing on the account
• If the withdrawal details do not match the details provided at the time of deposit

4.3 Currency

All transactions on hd44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). No other currency is accepted.

4.4 Use of Personal Account

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using only the account holder's own payment method. Using a third party's payment method or operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at hd44 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Applicability

Each bonus offer may have specific conditions that will be stated at the time the offer is made. hd44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonus benefits through fraudulent means — such as creating multiple accounts, collusion, or bonus arbitrage — will result in the relevant account being closed and all bonuses and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. Please verify all information before placing a bet. If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, hd44 will investigate and take the necessary action.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

hd44 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. Any attempt to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities to generate unusual winnings will be treated as fraud and all related transactions will be voided.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage, internet connectivity issue, or any other technical reason, hd44 will review the situation and make a decision. hd44's decision on this matter is final.

6.4 Sports Betting

Bets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled based on official results. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

hd44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. hd44 reserves the right to change the conditions, benefits, and tiers of the VIP program.

Cashback is credited to eligible accounts at the end of each week. Applicable wagering conditions must also be met for cashback.

8.1 Service Availability

hd44 strives to ensure maximum availability of the platform, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. hd44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Software

Third-party game providers operating on the platform (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others) operate their games under their own rules. hd44 is not directly liable for errors or issues arising from their software, but will play an active role in supporting users.

8.3 Damage Claims

In the event of any damage claim against hd44, the maximum liability will be limited to the value of that specific transaction. hd44 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
